Shabnam is an advertising and marketing professional with over 25 years of experience in the field. She started her career with daCunha and later moved on to Everest DY&R. During her various stints, she has been credited with managing and building brands which are currently household names across varied sectors such as FMCG, Aviation, Foods & Beverages, Personal Care, Entertainment, Durables, Automobiles  and Financial services. Post 3 years spent abroad, she returned to Bombay and took up the faculty and Course Coordinator role for the Advertising & Marketing diploma course at Xavier’s Institute of Communications, Bombay. Alongside, she joined the Edelweiss Group in 2006, where she is currently Executive Vice President and Head Marketing & Communications. At the Group, she has led a consistent and compelling marketing and communication rollout that has served to differentiate the Edelweiss Group in a high-clutter category leading to Edelweiss being declared a Business Super Brand as well as wining several awards, notable being four Abbys in 2011 for excellence in advertising.Passionate about theatre, Shabnam is an Arts Graduate, St. Xavier’s College and holds a diploma in Advertising & Marketing, XIC Bombay
